  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Across India

We deliver products across India through our trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

  • Tamil Nadu: 1–3 business days
  • South India: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unexpected circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location and total order weight.
  • Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or on selected order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking link (if available)

You can track your order status using the provided tracking information.

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the package is not received or the address is incorrect:

  • The order may be returned to us
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipment

Please ensure your address and phone number are correctly entered.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or tampered with, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photo of the damaged/missing item
  • Order ID and invoice

We can only help if the issue is reported within the given time frame.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for selected pin codes.
Please note:

  • COD charges may apply
  • Only cash payment is accepted at the time of delivery

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.
