1. No Return / No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is sold.
This is to ensure:

  • Hygiene and safety
  • Prevention of product tampering
  • Quality assurance for all customers

Please ensure you check the product properly before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product (For Online Orders Only)

Although we take extreme care in packing and shipping, if you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • A wrong product, or
  • A missing item,

you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Required for Claim:

To process a replacement (if applicable), you must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photo of the damaged/wrong product
  • Invoice copy

Note: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process your request.

3. Replacement Conditions

We will provide a replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours

Replacements are not provided for:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products
  • Allergy reactions (patch test is recommended)
  • Products damaged due to customer handling

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock or cannot be delivered.
In case of a valid refund:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment

Cash-on-Delivery orders are not eligible for refunds unless approved under exceptional circumstances.

5. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
